Our Technology

Our CRM of choice is Pipedrive (Process Culture is a Pipedrive Premier Partner). We support Active Campaign, Mailerlite and Convertkit for Marketing Automation. System integration is either custom developed or leveraging Make.com and/or Zapier.

Process Culture can integrate your CRM and Marketing systems with a wide range of cloud based and on premises solution. For example, many of our solutions include integration with Xero cloud accounting and project management solutions such as Asana and Clickup.

We recommend the use of Practice Ignition for streamlining proposal management and customer onboarding. We can integrate Practice Ignition with Pipedrive, Google Drive and other services you use in your business.
